on-site restaurant versalles was a bonus, had dinner there. furthermore, guests can use free parking.

While the hotel was located in a residential and quiet area away from the center of town, it was still within reasonable walking distance to the main attractions and travel points. the staff was helpful and accommodating in communicating in English. the breakfast was decent and filling.

The room itself had a very loud air conditioning system that made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Spent an amazing New Year's at a hotel in Merida. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the room was sparkling clean. The location was perfect; a quick walk into the town center and plenty of parking space. I also loved that the beds were wide and very comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's rest.

The air conditioning in the room was loud and kept us up at night, so we just turned it off. the lack of a public lounge area was a disappointment, as we wanted to relax and drink after exploring the town.

They offered us a wheelchair when the elevator was being serviced, and were always ready to give recommendations for places to eat and visit. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the beds were wide and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, not far from the center of the city and within walking distance to major attractions.

The pool was small but nice for cooling off after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The location was far from the center of town and the neighborhood felt unsafe at night. Bedding was old and uncomfortable which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
